Job description: As our Head of B2B Sales, you will be responsible in managing crucial task in the growth of our commercial success. Some of which are below:

  • Business Development:
  • Build B2B Partnership and identify potential sponsors across offline and online channels: IG live, Webinar, Seminars, Campaigns, etc
  • Generate Ad-Sales Revenue
  • Analyze and identify market potential for other sales services
  • Skills needed a balanced combination of hunter & farmer
  • Developingcustomized campaign:
  • Initiate customized campaigns related to various stakeholders and projects (lembaga kesehatan, asosiasi perkumpulan bidang kesehatan (IDI, komunitas bidan, komunitas dokter, perkumpulan RS, etc.)
  • O2O Activation, Online to Offline:
  • Create and run both online and offline campaigns or events, working closely with partners and sponsors that will help increase brand awareness
  • GMV atEcommerce business
  • As this role will manage the revenue generated through sponsorship and brands, you will work closely with our B2C Head in the management of the company’s GMV
  • Team management:
  • Manage, guide, and direct two teams in Dept. Brands and Corporate Partnership of around 10+ individuals

Group Company of the largest HealthTech company|Manage and influence commercial success

  • Bachelor/master degree from reputable university
  • 5-8 years of Business Development, Brand Management, Account Management, Channel Acquisition, Activation, or similar experiences
  • Experience in B2B sales within media, broadcast media/online media preferred
  • Ambitious and resilience by character, able to be independent, and have the creativity to explore different solutions in problem solving
  • Enjoys fast pace environment
